Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are at April - October rates

Plus 10% state and local taxes

Above rates include linens, towels, and paper products.

$150.00 reservation/security deposit required.
Full rental due on arrival.
Deposit less damages and phone charges refunded within 45 days of departure .
